Background Info
I have worked in pastoral care in secondary schools across the West Midlands for the past 12 years. I currently work at a local secondary school where I have been for the past 8 years.

Why did you become a Governor?
I am passionate about young people being given the best possible opportunities to succeed. I have worked closely with Albright in my current role and I truly value the incredible work that they do. It seemed like a wonderful opportunity to support the young people, families and staff that use the Centre.
Any special interests / hobbies / relevant experience?
I am a keen sports fan although I’d perhaps better not mention my team!
How can you help the Centre?
I can help by bringing the perspective of a local school that work with Albright. I also attend meetings with Sandwell schools every three weeks and can add that perspective to discussions.

I currently work in a medical PRU in Dudley Borough as an Assistant Headteacher. I have previously worked in a federation of PRUs in Wolverhampton which included a medical PRU. Previous employment in a SEMH school in different roles, ranging from driver / escort to Head of Department.
